Cisco ASR9000 不支持 Passive DAC， 只支持Active DAC和光模块

问题：CAB-10GSFP-P1M在Cisco ASR9000上不能使用

分析：
1. 查询Cisco ASR9000 Matrix，该型号不支持电缆，只支持模块和有源线缆
2. SFP+ Active试样，客户未反馈结果
